Location focus- Patricia Allyn Park

You may or may not have ever visited Patricia Allyn Park near Springboro. I have a feeling if you have a child that played soccer you may have been there and seen the soccer fields. Quite a few years back, a client wanted senior pictures there and I followed their lead, and they showed me around the park. Since then, I have discovered many pretty nature areas that are perfect for both family and senior pictures.

In June I did a shoot with 2 of my favorite subjects. I LOVE the forest with the huge pine trees, and at the very top of the park there is plenty of open areas with large trees, and open shade for pictures as well.

In the spring I photographed this adorable senior girl in the meadow, right beside the evergreen forest.

I should be honest, though, from the parking area it is about a 5 minute stroll down the hill to these areas, AND, there is a disc course running through the entire park....however, we have found the disc players very friendly and accommodating, and we manage to share the space.

I don't have a ton of different subjects for this location as I pretty much just started shooting here this past year.
